Dyeing
YARN (THREAD)

We provide dyeing services for:

We carry out dyeing according to the color swatches applicable in the Company. In response to customer expectations, our plant’s color laboratory refines the ‘color match’ to perfection. We use environmentally friendly dyes and chemicals for dyeing. The dyed products meet the requirements of the Eco-Tex Standard 100. According to customer requirements, specialized finishes are applied to the yarns (threads) (hydrophobic, oleophobic, antistatic, etc.).

YARN STABILIZATION

Thanks to our equipment, we can stabilize any type of yarn. The process conditions are determined individually with the customer. The maximum stabilization temperature is 135°C.

WINDING YARN

In accordance with the individual preferences of the customer, we provide winding services for yarn onto reels of various sizes.

TWISTING YARN

We have various types of twisting and combining machines, which allow us to achieve any number of twists. The process conditions are determined individually with the customer. We provide technical advice in this regard.
