ATENA FLEX is a thread made from elastic polybutylene terephthalate (P.B.T.) fiber. It is characterized by very high elasticity and maximum elongation. It is recommended for sewing all types of elastic fabrics, especially for use as the upper thread on overlock machines and as the lower thread in chain stitching.
ATENA FLEX, thanks to its high elasticity, is primarily used in the apparel industry. It is employed for sewing swimwear, ballet costumes, lingerie, professional sportswear (such as fitness, cycling, swimming), recreational wear, outerwear, and medical garments.
